Mr. Krit Techasamma, the Managing Director of Origin Nationwide Company Limited, a prominent condominium developer in key cities nationwide of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), has announced the company's ongoing expansion strategy. Originally centered on residential projects in Bangkok, its vicinity, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Origin has now broadened its scope to encompass a nationwide presence. This 'Nationwide Serve' approach provides a one-stop solution, offering diverse services and comprehensive after-sales care to its valued customers.
Origin embarked on its real estate development journey in the EEC area, firstly in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, as the first project "Origin District Laemchabang-Sriracha" (Origin District Laemchabang-Sriracha), the opposite area of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, Chonburi Province. Its target group includes students, individual employed within the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and in Sriracha, as well as Japanese businessmen and investors.
Following the success of the aforementioned project, Origin has expanded its presence into a new landmark within Rayong Province, known as Origin Smart City Rayong, a burgeoning Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic urban development spans over 24 rai of land at the Noen-Samli intersection in Rayong Province, strategically positioned to connect to multiple modes of transportation, including land, high-speed rail, U-Tapao Airport for air travel, and the Maap Ta Phut deep-sea port for maritime access.
Origin is currently implementing an extensive expansion plan, with a total value exceeding several billion baht. This expansion encompasses a diverse range of projects, including condominiums, housing developments, hotels, as well as a wide spectrum of services and businesses.
In early 2023, the company initiated its expansion beyond the boundaries of the EEC into new provincial locations. Two notable projects, namely "The Origin Center Phuket" and "The Origin Campus Khon Kaen," garnered a positive reception from consumers.
