Foreword

I am delighted that Dr. Yuth has joined with his friends to launch Trends Real Estate magazine, an online magazine about real estate in Thailand. One of the things that makes it special is that it is trilingual (Thai, Chinese, English). This magazine has been created under Brand Studio (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

 

I am confident that this magazine will be sustainable because the founders have been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and in the mass media field for more than 14 years. All of this solid experience reassures all customers including investors, land developers, homebuyers, as well as relevant professionals.

 

Trends Real Estate magazine will provide full knowledge of real estate and update real estate trends as well as being a medium for all kinds of transactions: buy-sell-rent, sale with the right of redemption, consignment, and complete property management. In addition, it provides seminars -real estate trainings and business matching both in Thailand and abroad. It is a new multi-dimensional magazine.

 

On behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agent Foundation and its 2,000 members as well as the President of the Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers (FIABCI-Thai) with its world-wide network, I would like to wish Trends Real Estate magazine all the success and confident growth as the pride of the Thai real estate industry.
